Extension Point Resources (Resource Center)

A welcoming hub that provides guidance, tools, and support for individuals seeking help. It connects people with the resources they need to overcome challenges, grow personally, and improve their well-being. The center is designed to make accessing information and services easy and supportive.

Additional Support Includes:

Peer Navigation & Advocacy: Compassionate guidance from trained peers who help individuals access services and stay connected to the right resources.

Support Groups: Safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can share experiences, gain encouragement, and build strong community connections.

Transportation Assistance: Support with getting to essential appointments, recovery meetings, and other service locations.

Tyra’s House (Housing Needs)

Tyra’s House provides safe and supportive housing for individuals in need. It helps people find stable living arrangements while offering resources to improve their quality of life. The goal is to create a secure environment where everyone can feel at home and supported.

Reaching Recovery Milestones (Substance Use & Mental Health)

This program supports individuals on their journey to recovery from substance use.
