We offer a range of supportive services designed to address the unique needs of women, children, and youth.

Extension Point Resources (Resource Center)

A welcoming hub that provides guidance, tools, and support for individuals seeking help. It connects people with the resources they need to overcome challenges, grow personally, and improve their well-being. The center is designed to make accessing information and services easy and supportive.

Additional Support Includes:

Peer Navigation & Advocacy: Compassionate guidance from trained peers who help individuals access services and stay connected to the right resources.

Support Groups: Safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can share experiences, gain encouragement, and build strong community connections.

Transportation Assistance: Support with getting to essential appointments, recovery meetings, and other service locations.

Tyra’s House (Housing Needs)

Status: Under Development

Tyra’s House is a developing initiative focused on providing safe, stable, and supportive housing for individuals in need. While a dedicated facility is currently in the planning phase, housing support is being facilitated through trusted referral partners.

The program is designed to help individuals secure stable living arrangements while connecting them with essential resources aimed at improving overall quality of life. The long-term vision of Tyra’s House is to establish a secure, welcoming environment where individuals can feel supported, valued, and empowered as they work toward stability and independence.

Reaching Recovery Milestones (Substance Use & Mental Health)

Status: Under Development

Reaching Recovery Milestones is a developing program intended to support individuals on their journey toward recovery from substance use and mental health challenges. At this time, services are provided through established referral networks and partner organizations.

The program is designed to offer guidance, resources, and encouragement to help participants reach meaningful recovery milestones. Its goal is to empower individuals to build healthier, more fulfilling lives through compassionate, recovery-focused support.

Planned Recovery Support Includes:

Peer Navigation & Advocacy: Personalized support from individuals with lived experience, helping participants navigate treatment options, recovery services, and community resources.

Support Groups: Facilitated group sessions focused on shared healing, accountability, emotional growth, and peer connection.

Transportation Assistance: Support to help individuals access NA (Narcotics Anonymous), AA (Alcoholics Anonymous), and other recovery or wellness programs through referral-based services.
